Maintenance Guarantee Agreement
      Although all our machines are guaranteed against defects for a year after the date of purchase, Pacific Office Machines offers a continuing maintenance guarantee agreement for a nominal fee with our clients to ensure the continuity of service and prolong the life of their systems. This maintenance agreement will enroll the product for preventive maintenance services and repair at subsidized prices. There is a choice of the comprehensive contract (free labor and parts) or the labor only contract (parts are charged). Our customer services representatives will be glad to visit you for details.
